Leandre Cormier, owner of West-Wood Industries, names new President & CEO
“West-Wood Industries and Norwood Windows will be celebrating its 25th anniversary in December!” states Leandre. “As I reflect back, we have a lot to be proud of! We wouldn’t be here today without the support and loyalty of our dealers! Now it’s time to start thinking about the next 25 years!”
Roland Mazerolle will be joining West-Wood Industries as new President & CEO. Roland comes from Systemair, a global company based in New Brunswick, where he spent the last 25 yeas in a variety of roles, including Managing Director for Canada and North America as well as Director for subsidiaries in France and Italy. Systemair manufactures heating and ventilation equipment, but he is no stranger to the wood industry – he started his career at his father’s boat building company, then at a local sawmill.
Roland joins the current Management team, including Daniel Melanson (Sales), Frederic Dube (Production), Wayne Gregan (Engineering) and Jamie Bradley (Finance), to strengthen operations, systems and focus on product development so Norwood can continue to be our dealers’ manufacturer of choice for windows and doors.
“I’m very excited about this new move and confident Roland will be able to bring us to the next level” says Leandre. “I’m not going anywhere, but hope to some day, and need to have somebody ready to take over!!”
